SES Engineering Services are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Northwest team to support on technically complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across the Northwest region.

What you'll be doing:
Our Senior Mechanical Engineers are a valuable part of our business, the focus of this role will be to provide visible leadership, insight, direction and foresight in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes, while also providing excellent customer satisfaction and successfully developing a team.
As our Senior Mechanical Engineer you will:

Lead the mechanical services engineering elements of projects from pre-construction through to completion, including design management, procurement, technical reviews, and commissioning activities.

Take ownership of the mechanical package delivery on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to the highest quality standards, on programme, and within budget.

Provide technical leadership and expertise across all stages of project delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve engineering challenges and drive project success.

Lead, mentor, and develop mechanical engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

Ensure effective integration of mechanical services with the wider MEP and construction teams, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
