The Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service across the business. Working closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team, you'll help ensure vacancies are progressed efficiently from approval through to hire.
You'll be responsible for maintaining recruitment systems and data, coordinating recruitment activity, supporting financial administration, and providing accurate reporting and insights. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the attraction and hiring of great talent.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the recruitment inbox, providing timely support to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, and escalating issues where appropriate
- Maintaining and administering the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate, vacancy, and workflow data is accurate, compliant, and up to date
- Reviewing recruitment requisitions and supporting documentation to ensure alignment with organisational structures, grading frameworks, and governance requirements
- Processing recruitment approvals and monitoring authorisation workflows, ensuring service levels are met and audit trails are maintained
- Coordinating the advertising of vacancies across internal and external channels, ensuring all vacancy information is accurate, engaging, and compliant
- Supporting recruitment-related financial administration, including the creation of purchase orders, processing invoices, and resolving any discrepancies
- Building strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, Finance, Procurement, and external recruitment suppliers to support effective hiring activity
- Producing recruitment reports and management information, maintaining data quality and confidentiality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and Talent Acquisition projects.
