PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – SES

SES Engineering Services are looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join our SES Technology team supporting the northeastern region to deliver SES Engineering Services Pre-Construction Strategy on high profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Our Pre-Construction Managers are a valuable part of our business, leading the way to provide leadership on tenders in accordance with the SES Bid Strategy and governance. 
 
AS OUR SUSTAINABILITY BUSINESS PARTNER YOU WILL: 

•    Produce, own and implement individual project bid strategies and customer plans.  
•    Take responsibility for engaging with functional leads and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to agree bid teams; monitoring and adapting to suit specific tender requirements throughout the bid period.  
•    Ensure that all members of the project bid team have a clear understanding of their role and required outputs  
•    Ensure all bids are carried out and settled in accordance with SES governance
